Already have a card?

Do gift cards expire?

No. Cards have no expiration date and no inactivity or maintenance fees. Any remaining credit stays on the card.

Can I purchase more than one?

Yes. Choose up to 25 cards per order. Each is a separate $100 gift card with its own unique code and QR. Your email includes all cards in one PDF.

What if the clean costs more than $100?

The recipient pays the difference. Available gift credit is shown during booking. A saved payment card is required by the booking process.

How does a recipient use their card?

Scan the QR code on the certificate to open the booking page. The gift code is entered automatically. Scanning or checking a balance does not spend the card. One gift card may be applied to a booking.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are final except when a completely unused card cannot be used because Turnly cannot provide the requested service, or when required by law. Contact us to review eligibility. Partially used cards are not eligible under the service-unavailability exception.

Is $100 a complete cleaning service?

The card is $100 in cleaning credit, not a promise of a full cleaning for that price. Service pricing depends on the home and service selected.
