TURNLY LLC
Gift Card Terms
& Conditions
Effective October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15.1
These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, possession, transfer and use of gift cards issued by Turnly LLC (“Turnly,” “we,” “us” or “our”). “Purchaser” means the person purchasing a gift card, and “Holder” means the person lawfully possessing and using it. By purchasing a gift card, the Purchaser agrees to these Terms and agrees to provide them to any recipient. Use of a gift card constitutes the Holder’s acceptance of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Issuance and value
Gift cards are sold exclusively in United States dollar denominations of $100 per card. A Purchaser may buy multiple individual cards. Each card is issued with a separate identifying code, a QR code and an initial value of $100 after payment is successfully confirmed. A gift card is prepaid service credit; it is not a credit card, deposit account, or guarantee that an entire cleaning service will cost $100. Cards are not reloadable.
2. Geographic restrictions and service availability
Gift cards may be used only for eligible Turnly services performed in North Carolina. As of the effective date above, Turnly serves Raleigh, Durham, Asheville, Greensboro and surrounding areas. “Surrounding areas” does not mean all of North Carolina. Eligibility depends on the precise service address, requested service, staffing, access and scheduling availability. Purchasers and Holders should contact admin@turnlypros.com before purchase or booking to confirm an address when uncertain. Purchase or possession of a gift card does not reserve an appointment or require Turnly to provide services outside its service area.
3. Redemption and application of credit
A Holder may scan the QR code on the certificate to access Turnly’s booking site with the card’s unique code entered automatically. A code may also be used through a supported Turnly redemption interface. Scanning a code, viewing a certificate or checking a balance does not itself spend the credit. During booking, available credit may be reserved for the requested visit so it cannot be used for another booking at the same time. Reserved credit is applied when payment for that visit is processed. A cancelled, uncharged booking releases its reserved credit; an unresolved or processing payment may require review before release.
One gift card may be applied per online booking. The Holder is responsible for any amount exceeding the available gift card credit and must provide a payment method when required by the booking process. Any unused value remains on the same card for a later eligible service. A card does not guarantee a particular service price, a discount, or future availability. Gift card credit cannot be used to buy another gift card. Any change to an agreed service charge requires the consent required by the applicable service terms and law.
4. No expiration; no maintenance fees
Gift cards and their unused balances do not expire. Turnly does not impose activation, maintenance, dormancy, inactivity or balance-inquiry fees on these gift cards.
5. Final sale; limited refund exception
Except as expressly stated below or required by applicable law, gift card purchases are final and nonrefundable and are not redeemable for cash. A change of mind, a recipient’s preference not to book, or loss of a certificate does not independently create a right to a refund.
If a Holder attempts to redeem a card and Turnly determines that it cannot provide the requested eligible service, the Purchaser or Holder may request a refund only if the card is completely unused. A completely unused card has its entire original $100 value and no completed redemption. Any pending reservation must be cancelled and any payment uncertainty resolved before a refund is processed. A partially used card is not eligible for this service-unavailability exception. Any refund or cash redemption required by applicable law remains available regardless of this limitation.
Requests must be submitted to admin@turnlypros.com with the purchase reference and information reasonably necessary to verify ownership and service unavailability. Do not publish the gift code publicly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable, and the corresponding card is permanently deactivated. Turnly does not refund value that has already been used, except where required by law. Financial-institution processing times may vary.
6. Delivery and purchaser responsibilities
Following confirmed payment, Turnly sends a PDF containing the purchased cards to the email address entered at checkout, with one card per page. The Purchaser is responsible for entering a correct email address and providing each intended recipient with the correct individual card. Sending the entire multi-card PDF to a recipient gives that recipient access to every code in it. Email delivery may be delayed by provider processing or spam filtering. Contact Turnly if the PDF does not arrive; do not purchase again solely because an email is delayed. Issuance and payment records control over an unverified screenshot or altered certificate.
7. Transfers, custody and lost cards
A legitimately purchased card may be given to another person without a transfer fee. The person with the valid code may be able to spend its available value. Treat the certificate and code like cash; keep them private and do not send the same card to multiple recipients. Unauthorized copying, resale for fraudulent purposes, alteration and use of a code without the lawful Holder’s permission are prohibited. If a card is lost, stolen or disclosed, contact Turnly promptly. Replacement or restriction of an identifiable unused balance may be possible after reasonable ownership verification, but Turnly cannot promise recovery of value already lawfully redeemed or spent before notice, subject to applicable law.
8. Records, balances and disputes
Turnly maintains records of issuance, delivery processing, booking access, reservations, redemptions, adjustments and refunds. A Holder can check a card’s available balance through the gift card website or contact Turnly. Reserved credit may cause the amount currently available to be lower than the remaining balance. Report any discrepancy promptly with enough information for Turnly to investigate. Turnly may temporarily suspend a card where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorized use, a disputed payment, a chargeback or an incorrect transaction; Turnly will not treat such suspension as expiration or automatically confiscate a lawful Holder’s value.
9. Cleaning services and scheduling
Separate service terms govern the scope of work, property access, safety, scheduling, cancellation and completion of a cleaning. Those terms will be presented or made available as part of booking. A gift card does not exempt the Holder from those requirements. Nothing in separate terms authorizes Turnly to impose an undisclosed gift card fee or take an unused balance contrary to these Terms or applicable law.
10. Privacy and communications
Turnly uses purchase, payment-reference, delivery and redemption information to administer the program, provide services, investigate discrepancies and maintain required records. Payment information is handled by Stripe; Turnly does not store the full payment-card number through this checkout. Email delivery uses Turnly’s email provider. See Turnly’s Privacy Policy for further information. Transactional delivery of a gift card is not consent to unrelated marketing.
11. Changes, governing law and preserved rights
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of North Carolina, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to a Purchaser or Holder. The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. Turnly may revise terms for future purchases; revisions will not retroactively reduce an existing card’s value, impose an expiration date, or eliminate a right already provided at purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
